Hi

We are a young professional couple looking for 2 x guests in our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Remuera home. Remuera is an affluent neighborhood in Auckland, NZ. Central location with easy access to the city and public transportation. Our house is near the bus stop so there is easy access to the the central Universities.

Long or short stay available.

The two bedrooms downstairs are vacant. There is a separate bathroom downstairs between the two bedrooms.

The first bedroom is $270
The second bedroom is $350

Water, electricity and internet all included. We do not cook meals. You will need to make your own meals. The kitchen has facilities to cook your own food but please be respectful as we do not consume meat.

We do not allow any pets or smokers. This is non negotiable.

While we do like to socialize on occasion, we prefer professionals or quiet students.
