The house is located in Mt Eden, central Auckland and the bus stop to CBD is just opposite the house, a one-minute walk, Quite close to Mt Eden village cafes and restaurants.

There are two rooms available to choose from, both double rooms with Queen beds. Both rooms are fully furnished with a queen bed, bedside table, dressing table, a study desk with lamp and chair, and wardrobe, The room with the bay window and fireplace, is bigger than the other room. Private bathroom attached to the bedrooms (Jack and Jill style bathroom). unlimited WIFI.

We are looking for single FEMALES ONLY who are independent, responsible clean, tidy, and doing a full-time study course or working. Also, someone who loves animals since we have two cats who rule the house.
