Homestay in Ōtāhuhu

Nihao and Kiaora. Im a New Zealand guy who lived in Chengdu and Hangzhou before.

I have a spare room in my x2 bedroom new apartment in Otahuhu. It is very close to the motorway and has a bus stop that goes into the city.
The room is average size. It has a shared bathroom and reasonably modern living room and kitchen.
Im a reasonably laid back guy who enjoys sports and keeping active. Im not really much of a party guy.
Ideally, I'm looking for an overseas university student or older who can generally look after themselves. I dont mind cooking sometimes but my work is busy, so students who enjoy company but dont mind being by themselves some nights, have worked out the best in the past
