Welcome to our home. Our large beautiful home is in a popular North Shore suburb of Beach Haven. Our location is very convenient by bus to most parts of Auckland. There are frequent bus services to Auckland University and the language academies in the CBD that take about 25-35mins travel time. I live with my partner and my son. Sometimes we also have the grandchildren for a visit. They are a lot of fun and love to play. I’m a registered teacher (Police vetted and my practicing certification is current) so if you need some help with English I’m more than pleased to help you learn. Your room is fully furnished with a double bed and a student desk. We provide breakfast and dinner Kiwi style. Lunch is also included in the weekends. You need to provide your own snacks but otherwise the price includes water / electricity / gas / unlimited internet and household basics like laundry liquid / toilet paper /hand washing soap / dishwashing products etc. After meals like in any family you will be asked to help clean up dishes and the kitchen area. Your bedroom is yours to look after but we have all the fresh towels and sheets etc. We will help you to do your clothes washing. Our home is 50m from the beach and we are surrounded by a beautiful bush reserve. It’s a lovely place to live and we look forward to sharing our home with you. Welcome again. John
