We have two large sunny rooms available, with a shared bathroom between the two bedrooms.

We are a couple in our late 50s, both working full time. Our adult son lives with us and works from home. Our 11 yr old grandson stays with us 3 nights per week. We have two miniature schnauzers and two cats.
We have hosted all ages from all over the world for over 20 years now, we love meeting new people and welcoming them into our home and family.

We have a lovely permaculture garden, we grow a lot of our own vegetables and fruit.

Our home is in a central suburb, close to trains and buses. Western Springs park is close by, as are MOTAT and the zoo. There is a frequent bus to Auckland University that takes 25m-35 inc walking and 15-20m to Unitec.

These prices include facilities (water / power / gas / unlimited internet ) and household basics (laundry powder / toilet paper /hand wash / dishwashing products / cleaning products) .. you make your own breakfast with provided food, we all eat dinner together and take turns cooking and cleaning up as a family.

Note: we prefer to host only 18 year olds and older.
