Homestay in Hillcrest

Hi. I have 3 bedrooms available in a 4 bedroom house. We often host international students.
Rent is $350 pp. Includes 3 meals

Room 1.
Often it's for dual occupancy. King bed

Room 2.
King single bed and excellent view

Room 3
Double bed

All Room comes with study table, chair, dresser

Very quiet neighborhood. Good for students. About us, There's just 3 of us, myself and my 2 boys. One is 9 years and the other years. They can be noisy at times and you can often hear me screaming at them haha but they are very freindly and sociable. Its ideal for someone who is okay with children around. I work as a Clinical Nurse Manager.
The house is very close to a bus stop, supermarket, and mall
