Our private 2-bedroom guest unit in Hillpark is now available for short-term stays and homestay accommodation.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 About Our Family

We are a warm and friendly Chinese family living in the main house right in front of the unit. Our family includes two adults and our child. We enjoy a quiet, family-oriented lifestyle and love meeting people from different countries and backgrounds.

We are respectful of your privacy, but we are always nearby if you need any help or local advice.

Built in 2018, the unit is located at the end of a long driveway behind our family home. It is peaceful and private, while we are close by if you ever need any help.

This unit was previously rented long-term. Interestingly, our last three tenants all stayed here until they received their NZ residency, each within 2–3 years! We recently attended a housewarming party at the new home of our latest tenant. We feel this has truly been a blessed little home ❤️ and hope our future guests will also have a happy and successful chapter of their lives here.

You can cook for yourself or choose a homestay option with home-cooked meals.

We operate a licensed food business, so good food is always close by! Wuhan favourites such as Hot Dry Noodles (Reganmian) and Sanxian Doupi are regulars in our home, plus a few “secret menu” dishes from time to time. 😄
