Brand new 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house in Randwick Park. Fully furnished home.
Downstairs: Living area, dining, kitchen. Single toilet and double bedroom.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1 with ensuite) and shared bathroom.
Location:
Bus stop just outside the house. 20 minutes bus ride to Manukau city central where all main shops, bus and train stations are. AUT Manukau and also MIT. Convenient shops 3 minutes walk (dairy, fish and chips and a barkery)
Host:
I am a teacher in my mid 30's. Christian home. I have 2 children 7 (boy) and 9 (girl) who will be there every second weekend and half of each school holidays. Nice friendly home and host with a wealth of local knowledge. I have travelled a lot so I know what it is like to move to another country. I know a lot about settling into NZ and have helped many people.
