We are a husband and wife in our early 60's. Looking for a group of female students or couples for long-term stay at our home as boarders. Our house is very neat & tidy. Also very safe and healthy for living and studies.
We have got three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one as an en-suite and another with a spa), a spacious kitchen, and two large living lounges with beautiful views of the beach. Large deck with beautiful views, ideal for summer BBQ. The house is located just beside a reserve. Myself and my wife reside downstairs, however, we have a separate entrance with no shared spaces so there is plenty of privacy in the house. The closest bus stop is only two minutes walk away, with buses arriving every 10 minutes in the morning. It takes about 25-30 minutes to reach the city center by bus in the mornings. Blockhouse Bay Village with cafes, Countdown (supermarket grocery store), Barber shop, famous ice-cream shop (Movenpick) and other shops, just five minutes walk away. The Blockhouse Bay beach is also just five minutes away down the road. The house also has a washing machine, a dishwasher, and sufficient cupboards and storage spaces. It comes fully furnished with all the necessary bedroom and living room furniture. We can provide meals if required by some one however, the cost thereof will be additional to the room rent which could be discussed depending upon how many meals one requires.
