Homestay in Penrose

We have one room available in a sunny brand new build two bedroom unit with a deck and garden area in the thriving suburb of Ellerslie/Onehunga.

The Unit is situated in a central convenient location, with two close local train stations and a bus stop down the road, while also being situated between both the Northern and Western Motorways.
Local cafes and restaurants near by and walking distance to One Tree Hill.

The unit has an open plan and is fully furnished. Please ignore the photos as this was prior to being furnished as the unit is brand new.
The bedrooms are very separate. There is one shared bathroom and and the laundry is also shared with myself.
I am a working professional who works locally in the area and I have a small puppy that is very well behaved.
