There is the lovely one bed room in to flat which is very close to AK City as following ~.
1,good location: (very close to AK CBD-takes abt for 10 minutes only).
* very close to the Bus Stop ( only one stage to AK CBD & take abt 10 minutes only to AK City).
2,Rent/flat fee- $210 only pw (incl power,Internet, water ).
-( Ref-the rent of near my house is over $260pw~ & xtra expenses for the power,water,).
3, Full furnitured lovely room.
4, very close/handy to everywhere of Countdown(Shopping Mall)
5, Good family / very quiet area / very good security & privacy
(incl separate wc & bathroom).
6, prefer to a female student or professional worker.(as my daughter wants a female flatmate ).
