Our house is a 5 bedroomed home with 2 bathrooms. Currently only 2 people (my husband and myself) live here. We are a mature couple with a passion for creating attractive, peaceful, unique living environments for people to enjoy.

The available bedroom is sunny and warm with a queen size double bed, a good sized wardrobe and a pretty view over Shoal Bay. Comfortable bedding and towels are also provided.

Unlimited wifi is provided from the entire home. Use of the kitchen, dining and lounge area is shared, plus there is a long, sunny outdoor deck to relax on.

The bathroom and separate toilet room are shared with other guests. We currently don't have any guests so at the moment you would have the use of these to yourself.

Approximately 10 minute walk to the bus stop to catch bus to CBD and Auckland University.
Beautiful Takapuna beach, a shopping centre, cafes and fast food outlets are all within walking distance, and it is easy to catch buses to explore other parts of Auckland's North Shore such as the historical Devonport area.
