We are quiet Indian family ( 2 of us), family oriented, respectful and we would be happy to welcome someone with similar attributes and background. We both work full time. Am looking for female who is professional, matured, tidy, has cleanliness and pays rent in timely manner. Most important respects shared living and maintains harmonious relationships and environment.
**The house is well equipped with amenities for comfort and convenient living.
** the ideal person must maintain cleanliness, as you will be sharing common space.
** The bedroom is furnished and comes with built in wardrobe and double size bed.
** Can provide one meal for the day, ie dinner.
** Parking is available at the property.
