ABOUT THE FLAT
I have a sunny spacious double bedroom available in my new built 2-storey spacious townhouse to rent out to a female. It's a perfect spot if you’re after good vibes, great company. The house is on a quiet cull-de-sec close to all the essentials. The rooms have a nice wetland and mountain view.

THE FLATMATES
The others in the house are the owner herself, in her mid-40s, works full time in health sector administration, enjoy being social and having a chat, and are respectful of others’ personal space when needed. Clean, neat and tidy, likes going out as well as staying in doing her own stuff, little bit of gardening, reading, watching movies and cooking. The other flat mate is Nora, in her 30s, from Myanmar, she also works full time, an engineer by profession. We do stuff together every now and then like going out for walks or grocery, sharing our food with each other, watching movies and series. We also do our own stuff and mindful of each other's down time. The flat has pretty much a family environment.

THE FLAT
It’s a new build freehold 2-storey town house on a quite cull-de-sec off the main road. It has every appliance, white ware, etc. that is needed for a daily household life. The entire household is sunny throughout the day, has heat pump in the living room, bedrooms has HRV system, has a cozy back deck. Everyone has equal access to the usage of everything without any inhibition. We just try to be mindful of using energy and water reasonably.

LOCATION
Great Location with bus and train links from Finlayson Road to CBD, and direct bus link to Manukau City Centre. 30 minutes drive to CBD, 10 minutes to Manukau City Centre and 25 minutes to Auckland airport.

Manukau Institute of Technology (MIT), Auckland University of Technology (AUT) South Campus and NZMA Manukau Campus is 10 minutes by drive and 30 minutes by direct bus.

Clendon Park Shopping Centre and surrounding area has all the amenities and is just 5 minutes drive from the house.

ABOUT THE ROOM
A beautiful sunny front-facing double bedroom of the house. The room has a double built-in wardrobe, a comfy single bed with mattress and bedside table. It gets heaps of sunlight. Bathroom has access from inside the room and outside as well, will be shared with one of the flat mates.

RENT AND BOND
Rent: $300 p/w week (including bills & cleaning products)
Bond: $900
Move in costs: Bond plus one week's rent.

PREFERRED FLAT MATE
Looking for someone easy-going, ideally planning to stay long-term and make this cozy little place their own. Unfortunately, not suitable for couple, pet or smoker. Reference required.
