House has been recently renovated.

Room downstairs with own bathroom. There is your own access through our study from the area you park in.

The lounge, kitchen and dining is upstairs and we have our rooms and bathroom off the hallway.

Double wardrobe with rail and cubes.
You have your own linen cupboard downstairs where the laundry is.

We are looking for a female flattie who is quiet and considerate. You will be living with a young family - couple and a baby and a male boxer dog.

Must love dogs as this one likes to be close!

Price includes bills - internet, power, water and gas.

may be able to provide basic furniture.

No pets / no smoking (vaping ok but outside only).
