Homestay in Birkdale

Hi there,

Thank you for considering me as your home stay host. I have a lovely guest bedroom, located in the popular Monte Cassino complex in Birkenhead. The apartment is positioned on the top level - and is blessed with all day sunshine, stunning sunsets and a gorgeous panoramic view looking out towards the Waitakere Ranges. The apartment is very secure, with gated access, in a quiet neighbourhood with friendly neighbours. Perfect for students wanting a relaxing, peaceful environment to call home, whether for a short term or longer-term stay. An ultra-convenient location, with the bus stop 5 minutes away, on a regular bus route, making commuting to both nearby Birkenhead and Auckland City a breeze. Within walking distance to several cafes, a bakery, service station and pilates studio. The nearest supermarket being a short 3 minute drive or bus ride. Tastefully renovated, healthy homes compliant with a heat pump in the communal area as well as a separate heater in the bedroom for your convenience. Price includes breakfast and an evening meal. Happy to provide lunch at an additional cost. Laundry facilities also included. Single Trundler Bed and full linen provided. Sharing apartment with myself and my husband. We also have our own motorhome and spend a lot of our free time exploring the beautiful beachs, bays and bush walks around Auckland. We also have a lot to do with our local church, Kingdomcity, and are especially involved with volunteering and working with youth.
