Homestay in Auckland for $275 per week

We are a friendly, easygoing family of three adults (including myself and my two parents — one retired) and a six-year-old child who stays half the time. We’re offering a comfortable, fully furnished bedroom in our tidy Mount Eden home.

The room includes a wardrobe, drawers, and a desk, perfect for study or remote work. The house has two bathrooms, and rent includes internet, power, and water.

Our home is in Mount Eden, a quiet, safe area close to the city centre and public transport, with regular buses nearby that make commuting easy. We live a quiet, relaxed lifestyle — early to bed and early to rise — and we have a small, gentle pug dog who’s part of the family.

We’re looking for a female guest who is quiet, honest, reliable, and considerate, and who will fit easily into our calm household.

We’ve hosted homestay students for many years and enjoy welcoming people into our home.
