We have a good sized, furnished styled private room available for a university student or worker in a lovely updated 3 bedroom home 3 minutes from the very popular Upland road shops in Remuera. The room has its own new ikea desk, office chair, brand new Samsung Computer with streaming built in, jug and toaster, and Dyson air purifier as well as a nearly new king single Ecosa bed with linen. You will also have your own keyless pinpad entry for privacy. The room has wifi, and has recently fitted brand new curtains.
