You will be staying in a beautiful new build in Waterview in a fully furnished king single room with a separate media room \ study for you to use with a smart TV, desk and couch.
The main bathroom is mostly for your private use as I have my ensuite.
Waterview is a lovely neighborhood with a short car\ bus ride to town.
Walking distance to bus routes (18 & 195) and Unitec.
I'm a female in IT and work from home regularly, I'm looking for a female boarder.
