You will be staying in a beautiful new build in Waterview in a fully furnished king single room.
Waterview is a lovely neighbourhood with a short car\ bus ride to town.
Walking distance to bus routes (18 & 195) and Unitec.
I'm in IT and work from home regularly.
The house has a separate media room \ study for use besides the bedroom, the main bathroom will mostly for your private use as I have my ensuite.
Furnished room, internet, Netflix and household bills included.
