Homestay in Long Bay

We are renting a whole self contained part of our house, it has 2 bedrooms (one master bedroom with walk in wardrobe and a master bathroom) and one other good size room with closet and desk
There is also a toilet (powder room), big living room and Kitchenette for your use only
The unit is super sunny and has its own access.
There are 2 air conditioners one in living and one in master bedroom for heating and cooling
The property is a modern and everything is near new condition
The bus stop is just outside our fence so convenient also a lot on street parking if you have your own vehicle
Nice outdoor area with deck and garden
We want someone who is super clean and tidy who will have there own big unit to enjoy while respecting the rules of of the house and maintaining the current condition of the house
We are family of 4 two adults and 2 children but you won’t have to interact with us if you don’t want to as you have a completely separate space
Also the house is only few minutes away from Long bay beach and long bay regional park
