The space has a fridge, storage cupboards, king single bed, microwave, toaster, kettle, 1 burner cooker.

NO SMOKING in the house please.

The place is just 5-7 minutes’ walk to Howick village and close to cafes, shops and public transport.

The room has a washing machine that you can use free (ONCE A WEEK - 1 LOAD) ONLY If you book for 7 days or more. Otherwise $5 would be charged pr one wash.

It has its own private entrance. No access through main door.

Bed linen, towels, shampoo, Conditioner, body wash, Hair Dryer, Cutleries, Plates, Cups are provided.
