I live in a spacious apartment with a distant view of the sea. I work full-time as a teacher. My place is a 5-minute walk to the beach and close to public transport and many restaurants. I can provide a calm and friendly environment for an independent adult. Meals are not included but I am happy to cook for one another occasionally.
