I am a 30 year old mechanical engineer with a placement in AUT for master in supply chain management. I prefered to look for homestays so as to have a closer understanding of the Kiwi culture and people ,which I believe is essential being in a new country. I am currently on the search for rental spaces which are max 30 min away from CBD by public transport so that I could commute to-fro college without much hassle. I am looking for a single room with shared facilities with a maximum budget of 280 NZD including all bills. I am looking forward for a beautiful new beginning starting from Feb 2026.
