I am an international student starting the EPPS language programme at University of Auckland ELA, Grafton campus. Looking for a single room with half board.

I hope the house is in areas reachable by a short bus ride or walking distance to campus: Grafton, Mt Eden, Newmarket, Remuera or Epsom. I love animals and am okay with host families that have pets. I hope the living environment is tidy and comfortable.

I keep an early-to-bed and early-to-rise routine for fitness. My sleep is sensitive, so I am looking for a quiet household with little noise at night.

I hope the host family respects each other’s private space and will not disturb one another’s daily life. I will also be mindful not to interfere too much with the family. My English is still improving, so communication might not be completely smooth at the beginning.
