Homestay in New Windsor

4 bedroom house located a minute walk to bus stop going into the city.

2 rooms available for $300/person/week with $300 deposit negotiable. Rent includes bills for water, electricity, gas and internet but does not include any meals.

You’ll be staying in an upstairs bedroom. Toilets/bathroom next to the room. Provided with a king size bed, electric blanket, study table, lamp and wardrobe.

Smoking is allowed only outside the house. You are most welcome to cook your own meals as long as it does not include beef or pork.

We are a young couple who would love to have some company in the big house. We also have kids aged 5 and 7 years old and a small dog who mostly stays inside the house.
