*1 furnished bedroom with your own bathroom & toilet available downstairs is $400 per week. Including rent, power, water & some meals. homestay experience living with a good family, Drug, Alcohol & Smoke Free - No pets.
Family of 2 teenage boys, would prefer a male student or young working person who is male.
10 mins from Massey University - Albany
Albany Mall, Browns Bay, Long Bay Beaches & Eateries, Cafes ect.
Bond is 2 weeks rent in advance.

Address: 133 Paihia Road, One Tree Hill, Auckland Central.
Close to Auckland City CBD - Auckland Universities & English Language Schools - ESOL
*Clean & Tidy Double room available with ensuit - Shower & Toilet. Preferably long term - $400 per week - Includes Board/Rent for Room, (Power, Water - fair usage) & Internet. 2 weeks rent in advance for bond is required to secure room.
The house will be shared with Single working Male in his 40's. Quiet, Male Student or Male working person preferred.
*Plenty of off street parking.
*The Kitchen is available for cooking & you can use utensils, pots, pans etc.
*Meals not provided. Student will have to make their own food.
*We are close to all eateries, Onehunga Shopping Mall, Public transport, a short drive to Mission Bay beaches & parks.
*New Market Mall is a 10 minute drive & We are a short bus ride to Auckland University.
