We have a lovely home in Grafton to accommodate students coming to New Zealand to learn English and other curricula.
You will receive a warm welcome as a student at my home, I can provide dinner and breakfast, this is negotiable if you prefer only dinner or otherwise with your accommodation.
I am a professional fulltime working male in a beautiful home 5minutes bus from the CDB and 10minute walk to Auckland University, AUT and many language schools.
I would prefer a student that is staying for more than 4 weeks, however, please do advise if your stay is shorter than 4 weeks. We can accommodate for just 1 student.
The room comes furnished, bed, desk, chair, lamp, wardrobe shelving and drawers and mirror, with its own ensuite separate large bathroom (shower and toilet)
