👋 Meet Your Host, Jess
Hi, I’m Jess! I’m 31 and work as a primary school teacher. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, baking, riding my motorbike, going to the gym, and spending time with friends and family. My Christian faith is also an important part of my life.
I’m friendly and love meeting new people. I lead a busy life during the week and enjoy coming home to a peaceful, tidy space. I’m happy to have a friendly chat and get to know you, while also respecting your privacy and giving you space to enjoy your own routine.
I understand how important it is to feel safe and secure when staying in a new place. I aim to create a welcoming, comfortable environment where guests feel respected, at ease and able to settle in.
🎨 Meet C-Rad, My Flatmate
C-Rad is 57 and is an artist and handyman. He enjoys spending time with friends and making music. He’s kind, friendly and respectful.

Our home is a modern, three-storey townhouse in West Auckland with a comfortable, homely atmosphere.

* Middle floor: Shared kitchen, lounge, dining area and laundry.
* Top floor: Main bedrooms.

* Laundry: Use of the laundry facilities.
We aim to maintain a clean, tidy and welcoming home where everyone feels comfortable, respects shared spaces and cleans up after themselves.

Our home is in a quiet residential neighbourhood in West Auckland, close to Westgate and Northwest Shopping Centre.

* Motorway access: Convenient connections towards Auckland City, South Auckland and the North Shore.
* Neighbourhood: A peaceful residential area with respectful neighbours.
It’s a convenient base for exploring Auckland, with shopping and transport nearby and a relaxed home to return to at the end of the day.
