It is near one tree hill, dressmart outlet shopping. 150 meters to bus stop, direct bus line to city (30-40 mins), bus to airport also in walking distance. 900 meters walking to PaknSav Royal Oak. Off road parking available, friendly, quiet and safe neighborhood.

I'm the owner of the house. I'm a business consultant full time professional. I worked and lived in many countries before. I can speak Mandarin, English and German.

prefer female student. Must be clean and tidy, respectful and quiet. Meals can be discussed, light cooking OK.
