Homestay in One Tree Hill

A double room is ready for renting from 1st November.

Its large with its own TV and wardrobes. The house is large with a separate kitchen and renovated front room. Outdoor area with covered deck. The front room had a projector to watch movies.

The area is safe and welcoming with several cafes and take ways and shops. The neighbours are well known and helpful. Bus stops are at the end of the road and there are 3 railways stations within 10-15 walk. The motorway is 2 mins away by car. Parking is on the street in front of the house.

Myself and my wife and daughter have welcomed several students and are welcoming and friendly. We can provide breakfast and dinner but we are both working so lunch will not be available.
High speed internet is also included in the price.
