We are looking for a mature student/worker to stay in our 3 bedroom home. We have 2 rooms available both with a king single bed, the single size room is offered for $190 per week if prefered. Each room has a closet for hanging clothes and also a few shelves inside. The price offered includeds water, power, fibre internet and usage of all cooking utensils, general cleaning products and a washing machine. All we ask is to be mindful of your power consumption. All amenities are close by, the bus stop is a 1 minute walk away which takes you to the city.

Please note: The rooms will come with set of draws and a bedside table/lamp. I can provide a study desk if needed.
