Homestay in Avondale

We are looking for a mature person to stay in our 3-bedroom home.
We have 1 room available with a king single bed.
The room has a closet for hanging clothes with few shelves inside, 1 set of draws, study desk and chair.
The price includes water, power, fiber internet and usage of all cooking utensils, general cleaning products and washing machine. The accommodation is located in Avondale which is a community-based area with many schools from early childhood up to college in it.
All we ask is to be mindful of your power consumption.
All amenities are close by, the bus stop is a 1-minute walk away which takes you to the city and surrounding suburbs, there is also a diary 1min walk away.
