About this homestay
Female only to apply.
We have a tidy and clean 3 bedroom house with a spacious and comfortable room. I am a mature lady who has love for church and helping the community, gardening and walking. I have my 15 year old granddaughter staying with me, she is studying for NCEA and she likes gaming, sports, photography and piano.
We are friendly and have had many homestay and students in the past who have been very happy staying here. We help our guest with many things, like taking shopping and including them on our outings etc to make them feel part of the household.
The house is in a nice location and 5 minute walk to the bus station.
The fee includes 1 cooked meal per day. Does not include lunch or breakfast.
Includes wifi, power and water.
When can negotiate other conditions if required. We can do Rent only excluding food for $180 per week.
