HELLO THERE
If you are looking for a place to stay that is modern, spotlessly clean and more stylish than your average homestay option ........ you have found it.
Our house is a 25 minute walk to Unitec Mt Albert and on a main bus route to the city which is a 15 - 20 minute ride away. ( The bus stop is a few minutes away at the end of our street) If you are studying at Unitec Mt Albert we are a perfect option. If you have your own car Waterview offers amazing access to the motorway for travel to the north, south and directly into the city. Our street is a quiet road so there is plenty of safe parking on the road.
The double room is $275 a week. The cost includes breakfast each day. We include dinner 3 times a week to bring our homestay people together.
We both lead busy lives and enjoy a calm and relaxed time when we are at home.
There is no smoking in the house but smoking is OK outside in our tropical garden. We offer unlimited high speed wireless broadband and the weekly cost also includes water, and power.
