Homestay in Greenlane

We live in a very central location in Greenlane with a bus stop at the end of the street which goes directly into the CBD approx. 15-20min drive, there is a beautiful park called Cornwall Park that is a 5 minute walk from home,Supermarket a 5 minute walk.
Lovely sunny 3 bedroom house with outdoor area for relaxing.
I am a mum who has her 21 year old daughter living with her at home and a Chocolate Burmese Cat, we are both relaxed people.
The room is a large double room, with queensize bed all linen provided,set of drawers, two bedside tables, there is a large double wardrobe with storage above.
Rent of $250 a week includes breakfast only, and you will have full access to all kitchen items, unlimited internet, power and water.
I have hosted many homestays in the past from different countries including Japan, Colombia, Korea, Brazil, Germany.
Ideal homestay would be female, tidy, relaxed and respectful
