About this homestay
Our home is located in Titirangi, beautiful suburb with cafes, beaches and bush walk nearby. Bus stop is 2min walk, direct bus to Auckland CBD (AUT, Auckland Uni, about 50 mins), New Lynn train station (about 7 mins), Also easy access to Unitec Mt Albeit.
Our house has been renovated recently with brand new kitchen, bathroom, carpet. We offer fully furnished room with king single bed, bedding, bed side table, and drawer. You have your own bathroom & toilet. Rent includes all utilities ( reasonable usage), unlimited internet.
Meal options can be discussed. You are welcome to cook your own food using kitchen facilities.
We are a friendly Asian couple and working as professionals. We have a furry cat as well.
We are looking for a single person who is mature and tidy and able to respect our home. Feel free to contact me if you are interested.
Airport pickup can be arranged if time suits, the cost is $20.
