Homestay in Epsom

We have 3 bedrooms available at the moment. The home is located in Epsom, very quite, great back area and good shops around. Also, the home is centrally located, within the grammar school zone and very close to the city center with bus stops close by. One of the Bedrooms is downstairs with its own bathroom, although not an ensuite ($350). Other 2 bedrooms are upstairs and share the bathroom. One of these upstairs rooms is very specious ($380) and the other is a double size ($320). The lounge, dining, spacious kitchen, small sunroom and the back garden are shared spaces for all.
All rooms are furnished. You will be responsible for your own meals. The rent includes power and water.
