Homestay in Northcote

To share awesome home with female, and one fat cat.

It’s a lovely little place in a great location:

$300 per week board. (Food is something we can negotiate).

The house is nice and clean, with good indoor/outdoor flow and a lovely garden.

Fully furnished house and room.

Next door to a beautiful Kauri Forest with walking tracks. Very safe street.

Off street parking. Garage storage.

Convenient location (Kauri Glen Road, Northcote). On the North Shore but close to the Harbour Bridge & CBD. 10 km's from Auckland University.

Nice, fully fenced courtyard with outdoor furniture to enjoy it.

Easy going, quiet and respectful please.

Your washing and cleaning will be done regularly, all I ask is that you keep your room tidy. I will vacuum, dust & change the bed linen etc.
*Food negotiable with the right person and/or circumstances.

I like painting and arts and crafts. I love swimming and spending time at the beach. I live a quiet life & my home is my haven. Hopefully it will be yours too.
