Homestay in Glen Eden

We are a couple in our thirties that have one double room available in a brand new apartment complex, located in Glen Eden. The double room is furnished with a double bed, bedside table, lamp, and built in wardrobe (we can also provide a study desk and chair if needed). There is plenty of storage space in the wardrobe, as per the pictures. These apartments were built last year and no one has ever used this room, so it is totally spotless.

Meals are not included but you will have full access to the kitchen to prepare your own meals. All bills are included in the weekly rent (power, water, internet).

Our apartment is fully secured (swipe card required to access the building and each level). The apartments were completed in late 2020 and are modern, warm, and very quiet. Glen Eden train station is 2 mins away. The library, supermarket, takeaways, cafes and parks are also in walking distance. Glen Eden train station is on the Western Line, so you can easily take the train to Mt Albert, Newmarket, and the CBD.

We are friendly, very clean, and quiet people - this is not a base for socialising/partying. We are also looking for someone who will clean up after themselves.

We can help a student to settle into their new life in Auckland. We Can pick up from the airport if you are arriving in the evening/weekend :)

Short term (minimum two weeks) stays are welcome. We can negotiate longer stays if necessary.
