North Shore Auckland - Mairangi Bay

I am a solo mother who is 48 with a 21 year old daughter, she is a high performance athlete so she is not home often because of training. I have hosted for many years so you can be assured I have been police vetted & we are a very safe house. We are a very easy going, flexible household. A very relaxed, quiet home. We like our own space so it’s definitely not a party house. I am very very close to Rangitoto College and a quick bus ride from Westlake Girls and Massey Uni isn't too far away either.

We are looking for an independent, easy going, respectful female to fit in with our household =)

I do work from home so you would need to be someone who is respectful of their surroundings and other people and we do also have one friendly cat.

I am a nurturer at heart, I love hosting & love caring for people =)

We are in the heart of Mairangi Bay. The beach, schools, shops, bus stops, restaurants, cafes, pharmacists, dairy's, gym, takeaways, swimming pool, Chinese and Korean takeaways & supermarkets around the area.

Buses are also one minute walk away and they service all over the North Shore. We have a beautiful beach and walks close by too.

We have unlimited fibre internet.

We ask that you would purchase and cook your own food as it's easier that way for our lifestyle.

The price offered includes water, power, fiber internet, and usage of all cooking utensils, general cleaning products, and a washing machine. All we ask is to be mindful of your power consumption.

I have one room available that is fully furnished, shared bathroom with ensuite.

Like I mentioned, I do work from home. My clinic is downstairs and the room I have available is upstairs but I do ask that you are respectful of the fact that I do work from home and have clients throughout the day 😊

If you are an independent female, you would fit great into our household.
