About this homestay
Less than 2 yr old Ensuite Room with own toilet/ bathroom available in a 3 bed apartment on upstairs level, 5min drive to Manukau from Papatoetoe or 9-10 min to Airport. Bus services to Auckland CBD, Airport and Papatoetoe/ Manukau on door step, train to Manukau and Auckland City 5 min walk. Our apartment is road facing with plenty of street light and in a safe neighbourhood.
Room has double bed, bedsheet, two pillows, chest drawer, own toilet/bathroom and reading lights.
House has shared fridge/freezer and kettle, sofa, TV and a deck. I am a professional engineer and I have another female flatmate. Ensuite Room is available for single person although we can negotiate rent for couples. Referee etc check applies.
