About this homestay
I have a furnished Master queen bedroom with own wardrobe space and close to bathroom for $270pw includes exps wifi, power (fair use dependent on heat pump use) & water available now in Titirangi.
Your host is a single female professional and a friendly cat called Chloe plus one other working female in a separate area downstairs but share the kitchen. I work in marketing and work from home Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I was a step mum to 3 children so your child or yourself will be cared for like my own and also hosted homestays in the past.
Close to Lynmall, New Lynn train station with bus stop outside so easy access to transport to the city and is a very spacious and sunny home with everyone having their own space.
I can provide breakfast, lunch and dinner for extra costs and airport pickups etc.
