Homestay in Point Chevalier

We are a couple of fun easy going 40 year olds with two little girls aged 4 and 7. We are quiet during the week focusing on work, children and home-life but like to unwind on the weekend. We are generous and helpful people who go above and beyond to help our guests.

Our large, beautiful home is in a popular central Auckland suburb near the beach. Our location is very convenient by bus to most parts of Auckland. There is a frequent bus to Auckland University that takes 25m-35 inc walking and 15-20m to Unitec.

We have three rooms raning from $250-$350pw depending on the room.

These prices include facilities (water / power / gas / unlimited internet ) and some household basics (laundry powder / toilet paper /hand wash / dishwashing products / cleaning products). It is expected you clean up after yourself such as your own dishes, kitchen area after use, clothes and bedroom. You are also expected to clean the shared bathroom once a month.

Food is not included.

We also only accept those 20 years and older.
