We are a couple of fun easy going 40 year olds with two little girls aged 3 and 6. We are quiet during the week focusing on work, children and home-life but like to unwind on the weekend. We are generous and helpful people who go above and beyond to help our guests.

Our large beautiful home is in a popular central Auckland suburb near the beach. Our location is very convenient by bus to most parts of Auckland. There is a frequent bus to Auckland University that takes 25m-35 inc walking and 15-20m to Unitec.

We have four rooms ranging from $300-$450 pw depending on room and couple or single.

These prices include facilities (water / power / gas / unlimited internet ) and some household basics (laundry powder / toilet paper /hand wash / dishwashing products / cleaning products/ Housecleaning services) .. you clean up after yourself such as your own dishes and kitchen area after use, clothes and bedroom.

Food is not included.

We also only accept those 20 years and older.
