I am interested in short term stays (4-12 weeks) The house is in a safe quiet neighbourhood overlooking the Manukau Harbour. Bush walks nearby.
Covered Bus stop is 160 metres from house, leaves for city every 10 mins
Supermarket, Take-aways, cafes, post office, ATM, Doctor, Dentist, pharmacy, at Lynfield Shopping Centre-1km from home.
Own bathroom. Full use of Kitchen, dining, lounge (with TV). unlimited Wifi.
I am an active semi-retired female owner. Interests include reading, gardening, travel, theatre, music, and tennis. I have a 16year old cat. Will not suit anyone who does not like cats. Off street parking is available.
