We have one very large bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe and en suite bathroom. We can provide the room furnished or unfurnished. Great location with Smales Farm bus station within easy walking distance (about 10 minutes). We are a family of three. I have one daughter who is with us every second week. We also spend time, usually a few days at a time, at my partners house so there will be times you have the house to yourself. Fully fenced yard with parking for your car in the carport. A nice area in the backyard to have friends over to visit. Stanich reserve is behind the house and it's a great area to walk in. This bedroom would suit a couple or a single person. I have had exchange students, sports people and workers stay, both short term and long term. Ideally we are looking for someone longer term (several months) but until we find someone longer term I am happy to provide accommodation for shorter terms.
