Studio room, with own bathroom, kitchenette and washing machine. The studio has a heat pump for heating and cooling.
Seperate entrance and separate to the main house upstairs. Amenities included, but “fair use” applies to power, water and gas.
Could be ideal for someone who would like a bit of privacy, but also able to come up and socialise.
5-8min walk to bus stop and frequent buses to the City, Takapuna, Albany. Length of stay can be negotiated.
Ideally looking for someone who is quiet, independent, clean, tidy, respectful and honest.
Couples accepted- price to be negotiated.
Meals can also be negotiated.
We are a family of 4 and 2 cats, in the Birkdale area. We have hosted many Homestay’s and have a newly renovated studio room available. We are a friendly and busy family, and we will be able to help you navigate your way through Auckland.
