The bedroom is a typical villa bedroom with high ceilings and sash window with a view to Mt Victoria.
Devonport is a charming sea-side village. It has everything you could need: supermarket, cafes, restaurants, library, shops, gym, art galleries etc. There are two beautiful maunga/mountains in Devonport - Takarunga, Mt Victoria and Maungauika, North Head. Both are beautiful places to walk and explore, and take in the view of the Waitemata Harbour and Hauraki Gulf.
Lots of local schools are easily accessible:
Devonport primary - 10 minutes walk
Stanley Bay School - 10 minutes walk
Vauxhall school - 30 minute walk, or go by bus
Belmont primary - bus
Bayswater primary - bus
Belmont intermediate - bus

The bus stop is just around the corner from our house (less than 1 minute walk). See AT app for bus information.
Our family is Mum, Dad, and ten-year-old son and 21 -year old sons with us. One of us works often from home; our internet is good.
Meals are not included and we are a non-smoking home.

There is also a walk in wardrobe that has additional drawers and hanging space as well as a writing bureau desk if required.
