Bright, sunny room available in our warm and welcoming 3-bedroom home in central Northcote. You’ll be sharing the space with me, my 15-year-old daughter, and our friendly fur baby, Bubba—who loves food and finding the best sunny spots in the house!

I run a few small businesses from home (downstairs), and my daughter is in college. We keep busy but enjoy our downtime and love a good laugh. We've been hosting students for seven years and truly enjoy welcoming them as part of our family.

• Walking distance to Northcote shops, featuring a supermarket, cafés, and a variety of Asian food stores and restaurants.
• Very close to bus stops for easy transport.
• Short distance to North Shore AUT, North Shore Hospital, beaches, bush walks, a local library, and a cinema.
