I have a spare bedroom that I'm looking to put on rent. There is a double bed and study table available so would be great for single student for $250, or a couple for $400 a week. All bills are included in the rent, food is not. You will have your own toilet and bathroom.
Located very close to Manukau and Ormiston Town Centre so would suit someone working or studying in South Auckland. There is parking on street.
