About this homestay
Welcome to my home! I will provide a great homestay experience. Quiet and cozy light filled home with one furnished dble bedroom ( NZD$250), complete with double bed, wardrobe, chest of draws, and small desk. Own lounge with tv, so you can have your own space. You would be responsible for keeping your room/lounge tidy, and your own washing. Rest of house will be cleaned weekly.
Share with friendly professional clean female and two cats. All mod cons, & 1 shared bathroom - with shower. Central location, & close to public transport, 5 mins to supermarket/ park/cafes. Property alarmed and in safe/family area.
The price includes water and electricity bills. Free unlimited Wi Fi.

Meals : could be negotiable on some meals = additional cost.
