Hi, we are a young family with a baby. We have been hosting students and working professionals for a few years and have enjoyed meeting new people and doing outdoor activities together. We have hosted students from different universities in the CBD and local high school.

We have rooms available at $250 - $450/week depending on the type of room and the meal arrangements. We can provide breakfast, lunch and dinner if neexed. All our rooms has its own heatpump. The house is in a growing and lively Massey/Westgate area. Our house is located 2 mins to the royal road motorway, less than 5 mins drive and 15 minutes walk to Westgate shopping center. Grocery store is within 10 minutes walk. Bus stop with direct bus to the city is 300m away. Off-street parking available. The rooms come fully furnished with a king single or queen bed, desk, chair and built in wardrobe.

Room with ensuite $350/week
Meals will be an additional $70 per week.

These prices include facilities (water / power / gas / unlimited internet ) and some household basics (cleaning supplies). We expect everyone to clean up after themselves, such as your own dishes, kitchen area after use, laundry and your private space. Long term guests (more than 4 weeks) are expected to take part in some house chores.

As hosts, we enjoy taking our homestay to places around Auckland; beaches, events, tramping. We like going for coastal walks. Some of our guests require meals and we do dinners together (optional). We are not a party house but we do some social activities together.

There will usually be one to three other homestay guests living with us. We only take females due to requirements of existing homestay guests. We are happy to do a zoom call with you prior to your arrival if you wish to view / chat. Airport pick up will be $35
